Description

tired of boring potatoes. this is so yummy... nice and crunchy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside. great hot or cold.

Ingredients

1 quantity of mashed potatoes - no milk added.
stuffing mix
beaten egg for dipping
flour for dipping
oil for deep frying

Instructions

roll mashed potato into balls - its up to you how big or small. roll in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. put in fridge for half and hour or so. heat oil to about 160-180 and deep fry balls until brown.

Notes

can add crunchy bacon to the mashed potato for a bit of extra crunch, or chopped onion, or shredded cheese or whatever your imagination lets you. enjoy!
