4-5 free range eggs 1 dash milk 1 tablespoon tasty cheese 1 teaspoon butter Salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Crack the eggs into the shaker and add a dash of milk 2. Shake until combined 3. Add 1 teaspoon of butter to a small heated non-stick pan 4. Add the egg mixture into the pan 5. Using a non-stick spoon or spatula, gently scrap the cooked egg off the bottom of the pan until the egg is almost cooked 6. Add the tasty cheese and salt and pepper, stir 7. Remove from heat at the desired consistency 8. Serve on top of toasted crusty bread with baked beans on the side
