Onion Bhaji

15 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook

Serves 4-6

Ingredients

200g gram(chick pea flour)
approx 5 medium onions (thinly sliced)
curry powder or curry paste (I put 1 1/2 tablespoon Tikka masalla paste)
grated garlic and ginger (optional to taste)
juice from 1/2 lemon (optional)
coriander chopped
water

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together adding little bit of water at the time. It should be slightly thicker than batter consistency.
Most instruction tell you to deep fry it. I like to shallow fry it in a little bit of oil on a medium heat (too high and they will not cook inside)
