ready made frozen puff pastry
sausage meat
3 slices bread, crusts off, torn into small pieces
enough hot water to cover the bread

Line trays with baking paper.
cover bread with hot water and soak until goes mushy. then strain and squeeze out excess water. add bread to sausage meat and mix well. cut sheets of puff pastry in half. brush a bit of egg along the cut. put sausage meat along the middle of each half (do not put too much in - just a nice thin length). roll the pastry over. brush with egg and cut to desired size. bake in oven until dark golden colour and cooked through. then enjoy.
