1kg chicken wings 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup brown sugar sesame seeds
Instructions
cut the tips off 1kg chicken wings. discard. cut the remaining piece of chicken thru the join to make a wingette & drumette. place pieces into large container. whisk soy sauce with brown sugar. pour over chicken pieces. cover & let marinate until ready to cook. layer pieces into oven proof dish & spoon some marinade over. sprinkle with sesame seeds. bake until cooked & glazed.
