Description

This is a dish my girlfriends called the man catcher! When we were single, my girlfriends who served this to their boyfriends ended up marrying them..This delicious pie can be made vegetarian by swapping salmon for mushrooms.Suitable for a lunh or dinner.

Ingredients

1 sheet of puff pastry
1 can(400g) of red salmon drained and mashed
Half cup grated cheese
1 onion chopped and sauted
1 pkt frozen spinach defrosted
1 egg

Instructions

Set oven to 180 c.Line a biscuit tray with baking paper. Place pastry on tray .Lay spinach in centre third of pastry in a log shape, so pastry can be folded in both sides. Place onion on top of spinach then cheese the salmon.Fold sides of pastry in and seal with water.Brush with egg and bake 20 minutes.Slice in half and serve with salad or steamed vegetables.
