1 cup oatbran 1 cup ground flax seeds 1 cup whole wheat flour 1&1/2 cups brown sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 tsp cloves 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans 1cup dried cranberries or raisins 1/2 cup veg oil 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla 1 cup skim milk or soya milk
Instructions
Put all wet ingredients into large bowl and beat well.Add the dry ingredients, last add the cranberries,nuts & the milk.Stir just till combined. Do not over mix. Put into med muffin pans wit paper liners. Fill to 3/4 full. Bake at 325 deg. F for 20-23 mins.
Notes
These are very high fiber and will keep you regular.

I've been looking for something different for breakfast... I think muffins are are the answer! Great recipe Hilda :)
