Description

I wanted a lunch worthy of Man v. Food. This sandwich is truly epic!

Ingredients

2 Slices of bread
2 Rashers of bacon
2 Eggs
2 - 3 Slices of ham
2 - 3 Slices of Tasty cheese
2 Slices of beetroot
Lettuce
Mayonnaise
Tomato Sauce
Dijonnaise
Tomato Relish

Instructions

1. Butter each slice of bread on one side
2. Cut lettuce into shreds
3. Fry eggs and bacon in a saucepan with butter. When flipping the egg, add the tasty cheese on top of the egg to melt it
4. Place bread in sandwich press with butter side down
5. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom slice of bread
6. Add ham and spread with the relish
7. Add the egg top with dijonnaise
8. Add bacon and top with tomato sauce
9. Add beetroot and lettuce
10. Place the last slice of bread on top with butter facing up
11. Close sandwich press and cook until bread is brown
12. You'll need an egg-flip to remove this baby from the sandwich press!

Notes

Of course you can add your own toppings. The condiments in this sandwich make it really juicy! Make sure you have serviettes on hand!
