Chipits Black Forest Cookies
Description
Golden cookies with a splash of red!
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened2/3 cup lightly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup all purpose flour
1-1/4 cups granola cereal
1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind (optional)
1-1/2 cups Chipits milk chocolate chips
Instructions
Cream butter with sugar and egg until light.Stir in remaining ingredients, mix well.
Drop by tbsp. onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes about 3 dozen delicious orbs of goodness!
