Description

This can be used as a spice or a rub.

Ingredients

4 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons mustard powder
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon cumin powder

Instructions

Put all the spices into either a spice grinder or mortar and pestle. Mix thoroughly. Store in a jar with lid.
