Puff Pastry (one sheet) 4 Medium Apples Caster Sugar Cinnamon
Instructions
1. Instructions: Roll out puff pastry Grate apples and spread evenly over pastry Sprinkle caster sugar and cinnamon over apples Roll carefully to form a log and tuck in the ends Place into a well greased baking tray and baste with a little olive oil Bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes
Apple Strudel is best served with vanilla or macadamia ice cream.

I have never followed a particular recipe but will add the ingredients. The secret to this recipe is the estimate of ingredients used. If the apples are tart then I add more sugar and cinnamon, if they are sweet apples then less :)
