Veg soup

Serves 4

Description

Home made vegetable soup

Ingredients

1 Celery stick
2 carrots
1 turnip (large)
1parsnip
1 onion
2 red potatoes
1 vegetable stock

Instructions

Peel vegetables except red potatoes

cut into bite sized pieces and add to cold water (enough to more than fully cover vegetables)

Notes

Add stock about 10 min before done, serve with fresh French bread (or any fresh bread of your choice).

    Mmmm what a healthy soup! Although I will probably make it unhealthy with all the butter I put on my french bread!
