15 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes to cook

Serves 4-6

Description

A quick and delicious pre-dinner appetiser or cocktail party snack

Ingredients

Store bought puff pastry
Green Prawns - cleaned and tail removed
Coriander leaves
Sweet Chilli Sauce

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to approx 200 C
Cut pastry into rounds to fit a small patty pan tin - place 1 round per hole
Prick the pastry with a fork - just once will do
Place 1 large coriander leaf in each pastry case
Place a prawn on top of each coriander leaf
Add a splash of Sweet Chilli sauce (or Thai Sweet Chilli) - not too much or it will burn
Place in the oven and cook until pastry is golden and prawn is cooked - should not take long - anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes but check often to adjust to your own oven.
Serve with a sprinkling of fresh parsley if desired
