Instructions
Boil pot of water, amount of water depends on size of Pumpkin and how thick you wish the soup. Average size butternut pumpkin 2 litres water in 4 litre pot. Add chicken stock 3 tea spoons in boiling water Add salt to taste Add crushed garlic 3 cloves more or less on individual taste Add finely choped chili small or more if you wish it hot Peel and chop small cubes butternut pumpkin and add to pot Peel and chop in small cubes 2 potatoes and add to pot Bring pot to boil and simmer until pumpkin and potatoes are soft Use barmix in pot to puree soup Serve with grated parmesan cheese and parsley
