12 Lamb Strips 1 x Lemon 1 tub Tzatziki 1 cup Quinoa 2 cups Water 200 g Cherry Tomatoes 1 Lebanese Cucumber, halved lengthways and sliced 1 Small Avocado, peeled and cut into cubes
Instructions
1. Add the Quinoa and water into a rice cooker and cook 2. Fry up the lamb strips in a pan 3. Add the salad ingredients to the quinoa, serve with the lamb on top with a big dolop of tzatziki. Drizzle lemon all over it
