Perfect recipe for ground pork, beef, chicken, turkey or even lamb!
Ingredients
5 tsp coriander 3 tsp cumin 1 tsp cayenne 3/4 tsp each pepper and cardamon 1/2 tsp each turmeric and cinnamon 1/4 tsp each cloves and nutmeg 6 tsp oil 1 tbsp each garlic and ginger 1 bay leaf 1 each large onion, red pepper, sliced 1 lb ground meat of choice 1/2 cup water salt to taste 10 - 12 grapes 1 lime
Instructions
Mix the spices in a bowl. Heat oil in a deep pan on medium/high heat. Mince the garlic and ginger and add to the pan with the bay leaf and onions (optional add 2 dried chili peppers) and saute 3-5 minutes until onions are golden colour. Add in minced meat stirring until cooked. Add in spice mixture and red pepper and saute another 2 minutes. Stir in salt and water; continue cooking, stirring frequently until moisture has evaporated. Turn off heat. Remove bay leaf and add in grapes. Squeeze in the lime and mix well.

Sounds interesting. I've never heard of adding grapes to meat before!
