For Dinner ( Pasta, Beef )

25 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook

Serves 4-6

Description

My mother-in-law used to make this for her kids all the time, even as adults they would ask for it.
Since we eat Gluten Free mostly, I haven't found a GF Pasta that does it justice. It's one of those recipes that's even better the next day

Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 cup diced celery
1 package broad egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
1 can tomato soup (condensed)
1 cups grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

How to make it

Pre Heat oven to 350F.
Cook Noodles according to package directions, set aside.
Brown beef in a large skillet adding onion and celery.
Drain beef mixture.
Add the mushroom and tomato soup mixing well.

Put all in a 9x13 baking dish, topped with the Parm and bake at 350ºF for about 25 minutes

Enjoy!

Notes

I don't add seasoning while cooking as I like the flavours as they are. The kids would load it with ketchup, and the ex would add pepper. You can also add celery, peas, red or white onion, anything you want really... Make it your own!
