Egg nog french toast

For Breakfast ( Eggs )

5 minutes to prepare and 5 minutes to cook

Serves 2

Ingredients

4 to 5 slices of bread
2 eggs
1/2 cup egg nog
dash of cinnamon
dash of allspice
dash of nutmeg

Instructions

crack 2 eggs into a pan and slightly beat the eggs. add eggnog, sprinkle in some cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice and mix up.(spices may float on top)
heat a frying pan on a burner set to medium heat. (spray pan with cooking spray)
dip bread ( 1 slice at a time) into mixture to coat, turn over to coat other side.
fry in pan until golden and flip over and fry the other side.

serve immediately
can drizzle with maple syrup if desired.

Notes

goes well with rum and eggnog
the next time i make it i may just add rum to the mixture.
