Description

This is my lazy girls recipe to make a fast and easy version of an Apple Pie when you just crave it and want it immediately!

Ingredients

1 refridgerated pie crust
1 can of Apple Pie filling
1/2 tsp. Apple Pie spice
1 tsp. Cinnamon sugar
Vanilla icecream (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven per refridgerated pie crust instructions
In a small bowl combine apple pie filling and apple pie spice. Mix together.
Line a pizza or cookie pan with aluminum foil and roll out refridgerated pie crust on it.
Pour apple pie filling in middle of pie crust leaving about 1 inch around edges open.
Fold edges of pie crust up and around pie filling and crease.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over top and bake per refridgerated pie crust instructions.
Let cool for about 5-10 minutes and ENJOY!

Notes

Any brand of pie crust and apple pie filling is fine.
