CROCK POT CAKE
Description
Very good and easy to make.
Ingredients
1 box of cake mix - any flavor, I used chocolate, 4 eggs - large, 3/4 cup vegetable oil, 1 cup of water, 1 pint of sour cream, 1 box of instant pudding - small, 12 oz. of semi-sweet chocolate chips.Instructions
Mix the first 6 items until almost mixed well, (mixer can be set on low). Then add chocolate chips. Spray a large crock pot with non-stick spray. Cook on low for 4-5 hours. (Don't open the lid.) Serve with ice cream or whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.Notes
Makes a good and easy dessert and/or snack.
