Cherry Pistachio Cookies

Serves 18

Ingredients

2 tubes of ready-made sugar cookie mix
1/2 cup chopped pistachios
1/2 cup chopped dried cherries

Instructions

Let cookies set at room temperature. Place them in a bowl, and mix in the pistachios and cherries. Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake according to package directions. *I left mine a little longer for a crispier cookie*.
