Serves 10

Ingredients

Patotes and Onions
1/8 - 1/4" thick cut in round slices
Garlic cloves whole but pealed smash them if you like
Tony Chachere's Seasoning www.tonychachere.com
Foil Sheets width of the foil about 10" long one for each log

Instructions

try to have 2 logs for everyone as these are a winner. The basis of the idea is this on a foil sheet 3" from the end place a patotoe slice or 3 then onion slice then more pototoes repeat untill you are about 3 " from the other side. Alternate this to your taste. Throw in some garlic to taste I like about 6 cloves.
cover with about 6 pieces of butter evenly spread out over the taters and add tony’s, salt, peper any or what ever to your liking.

Notes

Before anyone ask this is a version of baking patotoes in the ground or grill for camping and have great flavors from the grill or fire. Can bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
