6 - 8 chicken pieces 1 packet of french onion soup mix 1 ts paprika 1 clove garlic, minced 1 Tbs olive oil 1 425gm tin of apricot nectar
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 175c degrees (375F).
Combine french onion soup mix, paprika and garlic. Place chicken pieces in a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle dry mix over the top of all the chicken pieces. Pour apricot nectar over all and then cook slowly in the oven for one hour or until golden brown.
